Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Address & Delivery Scope
- We ship only to valid physical addresses provided at the time of purchase. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Please ensure your shipping address and a reachable mobile number are correct. Our logistics team or installation technicians will contact you prior to arrival.
- Aconland Ecommerce Sdn Bhd is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. Any re-delivery attempts will incur additional shipping charges, which must be settled before the second attempt.
2. Change of Shipping Address
- If you need to change your delivery address, please email us at hello@aconland.com.my within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Changes requested after 24 hours or after the unit has left our warehouse will incur a redirection fee.
3. Shipping Time & Installation Scheduling
- Standard Delivery: It typically takes 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive.
- Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays.
- Installation Integration: If you have purchased an Installation Package, our team will coordinate to deliver the unit and perform the installation in a single appointment whenever possible.
4. Heavy Item Handling (Aircond Units)
- Since air conditioning units are heavy and fragile, our delivery partners are trained to handle them with care.
- Multi-Storey Deliveries: Please notify us if your delivery location is a walk-up apartment without elevator access. Additional “manpower fees” may apply for carrying units above the ground floor.
- Recipient Responsibility: An adult (18+) must be present to inspect the outer packaging and sign for the delivery.
5. Tracking & Notifications
- Tangible Products: Once your unit is dispatched, a tracking ID or delivery confirmation will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Services (Installation/Maintenance): For intangible services, your order confirmation and digital invoice serve as your proof of purchase. Our service coordinator will contact you via mobile to finalize the appointment slot.
6. Damaged Shipments
- Upon receiving your unit, please inspect the box for any major dents or punctures. If the packaging is severely damaged, please take photos and contact us at hello@aconland.com.my before the technician leaves or before you sign the delivery order.
7. Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this shipping policy at any time to reflect changes in logistics costs or service areas. No prior notification is required for these updates.
