3. Product Information & Installation
- Visual Accuracy: We cannot guarantee that the actual product color or texture will be exactly as shown on your monitor, as display settings vary by device.
- Technical Specifications: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the BTU capacity and unit type are suitable for their specific space.
- Installation Services: Where installation is purchased, the service includes standard installation only. Any additional materials (extra piping, power point wiring, or scaffolding) will incur separate charges.
- Site Readiness: The customer must ensure the installation site is accessible and safe for our technicians. We reserve the right to reschedule if the site is not ready or poses a safety risk.
4. Inaccuracy Information
From time to time, there may be information on www.aconland.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, and article contents. We reserve the right to correct any errors or change information without prior notice. If you are unsatisfied with your purchased product due to an error on our part, please return it to us in its original, uninstalled condition with the invoice.
5. Comments and Feedbacks
All comments and feedback to Aconland Ecommerce Sdn Bhd should be directed to hello@aconland.com.my. Users agree that no comments submitted to the site will violate the rights of any third party. Furthermore, users agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, or obscene material. The user remains solely responsible for the content of any comments made.

By creating an account or purchasing, the user agrees that www.aconland.com may send newsletters regarding the latest HVAC products, maintenance tips, or promotions via email.

The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Aconland Ecommerce Sdn Bhd harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the site or our professional installation services.

Any access link to third-party sites is at your own risk. Aconland Ecommerce Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any damage or loss connected to third-party websites, even if linked from our store.
9. Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either the customer or Aconland Ecommerce Sdn Bhd. The customer may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the site. However, Aconland Ecommerce Sdn Bhd may also terminate the agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, denying access to users who fail to comply with the terms.
